Qualification
Qualifi are regulated by Ofqual (Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulator) to award the Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social care in England and Wales. The Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care is designed to give you a strong foundation in business operations so you can contribute to management decisions in a meaningful way. Upon successful completion of the Diploma , you will be able to make an immediate contribution to management of your organisation. This Diploma is designed to support your professional and career growth.
Entry requirement:
The Qualifications have been designed to be accessible without artificial barriers that restrict access
and progression. Entry to the Qualifications will be through centre interview and the candidates will
be expected to hold the following:
: Learners who possess Qualifications at Level 2 and/or;
:Learners who have work experience in the health and social care sector and demonstrate
ambition with clear career goals;
: Learners who possess a level 3 qualification in another discipline and want to develop their
careers in health and social care.
In certain circumstances, students with considerable experience but no formal Qualifications may be
considered, subject to interview and being able to demonstrate their ability to cope with the
demands of the programme.
In the case of applicants whose first language is not English, then IELTS 5 (or equivalent) is required.
International Qualifications will be checked for appropriate matriculation to UK Higher Education
post-graduate programmes. The applicants are normally required to produce two supporting
references, at least one of which should preferably be Academic.
Qualification Structure
QUALIFI Level 3 Diploma in Business Management comprises 6 Units in total.

Assessment and Verification
All units within this qualification are internally assessed by the centre and verified by Qualifi . The qualifications are criterion referenced, based on the achievement of all the specified learning outcomes.
To achieve a ‘pass’ for a unit, a learner must have successfully passed all learning outcomes for that unit.
The Assessor should provide an audit trail showing how the judgement of the Learner’s overall achievement has been arrived at.
Progressions
Passing the Level 3 Diploma inHealth and Social care Studies enable learners direct entry into Year 1 of a three year UK Bachelor’s degree or pursue Level 4 Diplomas.
